Eligibility

• Must be 21 years or older to enter.

• Open worldwide unless prohibited by local law.

• Only entries with valid contact information will be considered.

Entry

• Each $15 payment counts as one chance to win.

• No purchase necessary to enter. To enter for free, send a handwritten 3x5 card with your full name, email, and phone number to:

Send all letter to 21 Beach Lane, Sandyport, Nassau, Bahamas

(Use FedEx or certified mail for guaranteed delivery. Mail-in entries carry the same chance of winning as paid entries.)

Prize Details

• One (1) winner will be selected once a minimum of 3,000+ entries is reached in a given month.

• Prize includes:

• Roundtrip airfare for winner and one guest of your choice

• 2-night hotel stay in Nassau, Bahamas (double occupancy)

• Meals, excursions, and hangout time with Joe Giudice

• One (1) pre-trip Zoom call with Joe to go over trip details

Guest Policy

• Any guest is welcome — friend, spouse, family, or whoever you choose.

• Guest does not need to be 18+, but must follow all laws and travel rules.

• Both winner and guest must have valid travel documents and comply with local laws and hotel/resort policies.

Conduct & Liability

• By participating, entrants agree to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly.

• Joe Giudice, event partners, and affiliates are not responsible for:

• Travel delays or cancellations

• Personal injury, property damage, or illness

• Any issues related to alcohol use, including excessive drinking. Participants are expected to drink responsibly and obey all local laws and resort rules.

Winner Selection & Notification

• Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

• Winner will be notified by email and/or phone. Failure to respond within 7 days may result in disqualification and a new winner may be selected.

Legal

• This campaign is hosted and managed by Joe Giudice Media. It is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, or any other platform.

• Void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
